EEI was selected as the Building Commissioning Authority for the new Walt Disney Concert Hall. This 293,000 square foot facility serves as the new home for the Los Angeles Philharmonic.

Working as the owner's representative, EEI was able to assure the Concert Hall was built in accordance with the approved design and project construction documentation. EEI provided building commissioning services, including review of construction documents, equipment submittals, contractor start-up checklists, development of functional test procedures, functional testing, and the final commissioning report. EEI commissioned all the major building systems including, but not limited to, building air systems, humidifiers, fan coils, air conditioning units, lobby reheat coils, hot water pumps, chilled water pumps, domestic hot water systems, dry coolers, emergency power, over-ride panels and the Facilities Management System, including the Operator Workstation.
