IMAGINON Charlotte, North Carolina ImaginON, formerly known as Children's Learning Center, is a 107,000 square foot, three-story theater and library providing child-focused arts and theater education with performance spaces. ImaginON has earned a United States Green Building Council (USGBC) Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design (LEEDŽ) Silver rating. EEI was retained to commission the HVAC and Lighting Control systems and perform indoor air quality testing as part of LEED point accumulation. In addition, EEI commissioned the heating and chilled water systems and the automatic temperature controls in the building. |
