CAPITAL ONE WEST CREEK CAMPUS Glen Allen, Virginia The Capital One West Creek Campus has nine buildings (950,000 sq. ft.) and serves as Capital One's corporate headquarters. Building spaces include private offices, informal meeting areas and conference rooms; lounge, kitchen and dining areas; communications rooms; dock and storage areas; and UPS, electrical and pump rooms. EEI was hired to provide functional testing of the facility's engineered systems, utilizing Capital One's existing verification test procedures (VTPs) where possible and developing new VTPs for additional building systems where needed. The following systems were functionally tested:
