FT. LEWIS COLLEGE FINE ARTS BUILDING Durango, Colorado The Ft. Lewis Concert Hall is state-of-the-art and the first of three structures that became the Cultural Arts Complex of Southwest Colorado. EEI provided the mechanical and electrical schematic design, including heating and cooling load calculations, HVAC equipment layout, preliminary air distribution system, air handler selection, mechanical system evaluation and construction cost estimates. EEI also provided owner representative services during the 18-month construction period, with weekly on-site observation and mediation services. Noise from the building systems during performances in the auditorium was a major concern which was specifically addressed during design. |
