AT&T

Bothell, Washington

EEI Data was retained by Turner Construction Company to commission the 10,000-SF build-out of an existing expansion area of the AT&T Data Center in Bothell, Washington.  The new area includes two uninterruptible power supply rooms, two battery rooms and one fan room.  Additionally, there are two new power distribution units on the second floor of the building.

The commissioning process consisted of these primary functions:

• Writing and executing functional test procedures based on Design Document information
• Generating site observation reports to document operational issues
• Reviewing start-up documentation
• Coordinating with contractor field staff to facilitate testing
