LEED® Project
The Pfizer La Jolla Campus is built around exciting and promising technology, which involves the sophisticated interplay of molecular biology, x-ray crystallography, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) facilities, computational chemistry, organic chemistry and other cutting-edge disciplines.
EEI was hired to commission eight laboratory buildings with construction and commissioning occurring simultaneously. This project received U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED certification.
EEI commissioned the following:
