LEED^® Project

The Hanover Company built this 23-story, 163-unit apartment complex at the southwest corner of 10th Street and Market in the San Diego “East Village” area. The project consists of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units, 4 levels of underground parking (totaling 106,000 SF), clubhouse, balconies, and common areas.  The project also includes 12,000 SF of retail space, leasing and recreational facilities.

EEI was hired to provide LEED Fundamental and Enhanced commissioning services for this project which achieved a LEED Silver rating from the USGBC.  The following equipment and systems were commissioned:

• HVAC systems and associated controls
• Domestic hot water system
• Renewable energy systems
• Lighting and daylighting controls
