The Glorya Kaufman School of Dance consists of a 3-level, 50,000 SF facility that includes a studio performance space, 5 medium and 1 small dance studios, a dance wellness center, dressing rooms, space for future classrooms, and offices for faculty and administrators. There is also a large collaborative space for dance majors to use on the third floor.

Commissioned systems include ventilation and air distribution systems, including AHUs, supply fans, and exhaust fans; unitary heating and cooling systems, including fan coil units, and variable air volume units; variable refrigerant flow systems; building automation and temperature control systems, including front end and integration; air and hydronic distribution systems; lighting control systems; network automation system and controllers; emergency power system; irrigation systems; fire pump; integrated fire alarm systems; sump pumps and sewage ejectors; domestic hot water boiler system; and security and access controls.
