Cx Process Management & Staff Augmentation
- Provide technical leadership to direct the MEP subcontractor trades for successful Cx execution
- Generate weekly reports on project progress and issues
- Review contractor submittals and facilitate a controls summit to review the BAS submittals
- Facilitate Cx meetings to drive issues resolution
- Assist with schedule development including start-up and Cx tasks, identifying proper sequencing for predecessors and successors
- Serve as a liaison between the trades and the owners Cx provider
- Drive the pre-Cx process to verify the start-up and pre-functional testing is completed
- Review and monitor system start-up and functional testing through data analytics
- Assist in deficiency close-out
- Review and assist with closeout package including O&M documentation and as-built reviews

Building Analytics &
Monitoring-based Cx
- Test 100% of building systems while EEI focuses on resolving issues
- Verify that equipment performs per the OPR
- Verify all system routines, sequences, and modes operate as designed and specified
- Validate conditions during testing for future reference
Transition to Occupancy
- Define project objectives and scope
- Develop project-specific sustainability and operational guidelines
- Define safe access requirements, fall protection, and maintenance access
- Define BIM plan
- Log and track standards and budgets variances
- Collect and standardize project documentation
- Develop FM data transfer
- Outline the roles and responsibilities for the MEP quality assurance process
- Outline the roles and responsibilities for the building envelope quality assurance process
- Create a coordination log for building IT networks, BAS, and other low voltage networks
- Coordinate and document facility staff training and collect required documentation
- Create and issue tracking plan
- Document the warranty tracking process from design through construction
