We like to announce when new branches open, grow, or make a splash in the commissioning industry, and our Nevada branch has accomplished all three in recent months!
Although we have worked in Nevada since 2006, EEI opened its first official Nevada office in 2017. Since opening the office, we were honored to be added to the Clark County Building Division’s Approved List of Commissioning Agencies and Technicians. To make the cut, Commissioning firms must apply and complete a rigorous interview process. We are currently 1 of only 15 vendors approved to perform commissioning work for Clark County, and we are proud to have 5 approved technicians on the list; one of the highest technician counts of the participating firms.
In addition to making the Clark County list, EEI is a proud member of AABC Commissioning Group (ACG) for the State of Nevada. Our local team is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest commissioning trends and code compliance laws, and we attend seminars through the ACG and partnering organizations to ensure that we remain a premiere partner in the industry. In fact, many of our staff attended the CxEnergy Conference & Expo from April 23-26th in Las Vegas, NV. If you missed us at the Conference, we are still offering one hour of complimentary consultation for all our Nevada-based clients and those interested in our services!
Our team has commissioned several local projects in Nevada while also working on several high profile projects in Southern California. You can read about the UCLA Luskin Conference and Guest Center in our featured projects section of the website, and we recently completed a commissioning project for the Crossroads School for Arts & Sciences in Santa Monica, CA. Our nationwide teams have been hard at work identifying and correcting deficiencies in these facilities to improve energy efficiency and occupancy comfort.
