The Associate TAG Team Leader is responsible for leading The Analytics Group (TAG) team in the further advancement of the firm’s proprietary analytics software (BalanceCx) and the selling of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) for same. This leader will be a champion for new and existing building automated building commissioning services employing BalanceCx analytics.

Do you have the following industry knowledge?

  • Overall construction delivery process, scheduling, and contracting.
  • Understand the functions of building automation in government, commercial, education and health care market sectors.
  • Familiar with Cx service delivery process and methods.
  • Aware of Monitoring-Based Commissioning (MBCx) industry developments and competitor service offerings.

This position will be responsible for overall business performance (operations and financial) of TAG serving both internal and external clients.  You will manage, supervise, and help support the career development of the TAG support engineers and technicians. Leading and participating in new product research, development and implementation.
