New Building Commissioning

Building Analytics &
Monitoring-based Cx
- Install BalanceCx analytics software to augment Cx process
- Perform persistent checks to monitor building energy performance
- Proactively identify mechanical system performance degradation
- Validate building comfort, safety, and other compliance requirements during post-occupancy and warranty phase
- Develop optimal MEP strategies after project completion and transition to occupancy are maintained
- Ready access to historical data as a baseline for future system optimization strategies
Transition to Occupancy
- Define project objectives and scope
- Develop project-specific sustainability and operational guidelines
- Define safe access requirements, fall protection, and maintenance access
- Execute BIM plan
- Log and track standards and budgets variances
- Collect and standardize project documentation
- Develop FM data transfer
- Implement the MEP quality assurance process
- Implement the building envelope quality assurance process
- Implement log for building IT networks, BAS, and other low voltage networks
- Implement an issue tracking plan
- Confirm safe access requirements, fall protection, and maintenance access
- Define new facility maintenance responsibilities in organization
- Document the warranty tracking process from design through construction
- Confirm new facility performance KPI’s met - post occupancy
- Integrate construction data to Owners CMMS database
