The Wasserman Football Center is a new multi-level, 75,000 SF, state-of-the-art training facility located at the west end of Spaulding Field.

This project includes locker rooms, training areas, strength and conditioning equipment, coaches offices, team meeting rooms, hydrotherapy pools, equipment rooms, and video rooms.

Commissioned systems include chilled water system, steam and heating hot water system, ventilation and air distribution systems, unitary heating and cooling systems, exhaust systems, building automation and temperature controls system, air and hydronic water system, domestic hot water system, lighting control system, daylighting control system, emergency power systems, and landscaping irrigation.

This project is seeking LEED Certified certification, and tasks required to satisfy LEED version 2009 requirements for EA PR1 and EA CR3 were completed by the EEI team. As part of the commissioning process, the team operated and tested newly-installed equipment and systems extensively, and made several recommendations throughout the commissioning process.
