Project Description

Heritage Hall has served University of Southern California’s Department of Intercollegiate Athletics for more than 40 years. The renovation of this facility features a two-story museum lobby dedicated to showcasing and celebrating the achievements of USC’s athletic programs. Additionally, there are lounges, simulation labs, and other spaces dedicated to the USC athletic students and department staff.

EEI’s scope of work included commissioning for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, and landscaping systems in accordance with CALGreen. During the course of the project we monitored and assisted with the correction of over 120 commissioning-related issues.

Commissioned systems include building automaton system, air handling units, fan coil units, general building supply and exhaust fans, life safety systems, lighting control systems, landscape irrigation systems, and security and access control.
