The Raulston Memorial Research Building was an existing office and research facility at the USC Health Science Campus that was renovated to accommodate the USC Institute for Neuroimaging and Informatics. The new building is called Stevens Hall. The renovations to the 45,657-SF building showcase a data center, an immersive theater called DIVE, and a clinical MRI suite. Additional program space includes open and private offices, conference rooms, and future tenant spaces on the fourth and fifth floors.

Commissioned systems include chillers (air/water, cooled, and M/R/I), cooling towers, pumps, buffer tank, heat exchanger, expansion tank, steam generator, fan systems, computer air conditioning units, fan coil units, general building supply and exhaust fans, constant volume terminal units, chilled beams, main electrical service and distribution, lighting control system, uninterruptible power systems, power distribution units, generator, emergency power system, and irrigation.
