This project transformed the 101-acre Link-n-Greens golf course into a home for Woodward’s new corporate headquarters and manufacturing campus.
EEI provided commissioning services for the mechanical, HVAC and the electrical equipment and respective systems, from the design phase through warranty period for the Woodward Headquarters building, a multi-phased project, while commissioning the headquarters building and an adjacent two-story office and manufacturing facility. Commissioning was performed in compliance with the City of Ft. Collins Commissioning requirements, which included baseline sound level testing requirements for all areas.
Energy recovery fan units, a large photo-voltaic array, efficient LED and dimmable lighting control systems, and optimized strategies for make-up air systems provided significant long-term energy savings. The building automation system was interfaced to numerous other control systems for improved building control and maintenance.
EEI provided leadership in optimizing control system strategies for the heating and cooling central plant, and in resolving distribution anomalies with hydronic heating and cooling systems.
