The CxP Manager becomes integral to construction team, leading and coordinating with MEP technical trades through the commissioning readiness and resolution process. This includes installation verification, start up, pretesting through final acceptance testing, and issue resolution. Our CxPM service adapts to technically augment the specific needs of any project.
We tailor our support based on a project’s needs, ranging from 12 hours per month to 12 hours per day. EEI offers both leadership and mentorship of tradespeople, coaching, and technical training.
